I worked at National Carriers full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Pet policy allowed for some companionship on the road even though the companionship is going to cost you 500 dollars for an 8 pound dog!

    Cons

I knew I had made a big.mistake starting from orientation. Look, this company is the poster child with regard to what is wrong with the transportation industry. Incompetence and indifference make bad bedfellows but that is just the tip of the iceberg with this hive! Pay is subpar and benefits are really nonexistant. The medical benefits are overpriced catastrophic plans, they don't even have a dental plan! I could go on and on about these charlatans but they don't deserve that much of my time. Stay away from this company!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Fire yourselves! You can't give advice to people who see fit to drive around in luxury suvs while wearing alligator boots but can't even offer a dental plan to hard working drivers!
