I have been working at National Carriers full-time (Less than a year)

My D.M. is easy to deal with, home time wasn't a problem, new truck to drive, miles are good, paychecks aren't light and I've never been forced to take a load.

I've personally had 3 separate people attempt to guilt trip me with some of the dumbest and unbelievable things they've said. I've been flat out lied to by a couple people of power and when I called them out on it they try kissing butt to keep me from quitting or probably to keep their own butt out of trouble.

    Advice to Management

If you're going to agree to do something then you better keep your word and not give some B.S. reason to cover your own butt or to justify your actions as being warranted when in fact they aren't.
