    I worked at National Church Residences full-time (less than an year)


    Flexibility for nurse case managers
    Not intensely supervised
    Not accountable for daily whereabouts
    Flexibility with creating schedules


    On-call rotation tiring
    Lack of updates and not encouraged to update team members
    Other disciplines (than nurses) not valued

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Verbalize and encourage importance of team communication about the entire care of patients, treat all members with the same respect as nurses, hold entire team accountable and as equally valuable, speak respectfully to all and value loyalty to improve the reputation of team importance so when there is turnover, this perception isn't known between healthcare professionals on the community, (as I learned when I left) Guide all team members to contribute as the professional experts that are hired versus micromanaging/dictating their roles, decisions and include each expert in clinical/program decisions that are made
