    Very Team Oriented
    Creative Freedom
    Great Company Culture
    Lots of fun incentives

    Cons

    Can be a little boring at times if you don't take the initiative to request to work on projects you are interested in.
    Mandatory intern meetings.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Continue to allow your employees to have creative freedom and motivate all employees to work together. I had a great summer there and I would definitely go back.
