still a lot of negativity in employees from culture change

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Seize any authority and decision making opportunities from executives. Company is still floundering years after mergers and outsourcing. Because it is a utility with guaranteed revenue, they are able to survive. After actively concentrating decisions at all levels to the top executives, they are finally realizing they don't know everything. They are implementing a Six Sigma/Total Quality type environment, which if they are truly going to do that, I think the company will succeed and prosper. However, because it is a UK owned company, i suspect that will not happen because the UK culture doesn't really see employees and lower level manager capable of knowing more than them.

    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
