    I worked at National Guard full-time (more than 10 years)


    You can chose you own career field. There are opportinuties to be promoted because most are lazy and therefore if you have any sort of direction you can excel past your peers.


    Poor leadership, lack of direction. My boss never counseled me or gave me any direction even when I asked.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Teach leadership and hold Soldiers accountable. Remove the good ol boy mentality.
