    Pros

A successful conservation organization with a powerful reputation in the industry. An excellent door into the hunting/outdoor industry. Is upfront and honest with employees about the health of the organization. Refocusing on it's mission and goals.

This is a pro-hunting conservation organization that has contributed greatly to the come-back of the American Wild Turkey. Employees are passionate and sincere about this cause. If you enjoy hunting and the outdoors you will fit perfectly into a work environment where camo clad employees share hunting stories while working hard to promote and advance the overall mission.

Get to work with friendly employees as well as volunteers from all over the country, Canada and Mexico.

    Cons

Had a few layoffs in the past few years. Some holidays and benefits cut. Has morphed into a much more corporate environment. Future somewhat uncertain (like most non-profits right now), but making significant efforts to remedy that.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Your employees are truly hopeful that you will succeed in bringing this organization back to it's former level of success and they are willing to help make that happen.
