I have been working at Nationwide (Less than a year)

Great Work Environment, everyone is supportive. Great benefits, with 15% shift differential. Pay is really good for an hourly job that doesn't require a degree. They invest a lot into developing their employees and keeping them happy. Break room with xbox, tv, and foosball tables. Ability to move breaks around.

Systems can be confusing to use. Call center work isn't for everyone. Most of your interactions with members will be to resolve negativity. Agents (not all) but quite a few you talk to are ______<---insert negative word here. Workforce Management schedules every second of your shift based on business needs, which can result in some undesired lunch times. (Like having your 45 minute lunch period at 4:30 with all the traffic of other people leaving their jobs) Also strict occurance policy. Overall the cons don't outwieght the pros. (Don't be fooled by the fact that this section is longer than the pro section in word lenght)
