    Pros

    Professional Environment
    Training Opportunities
    Promotion Opportunities
Some good lower and middle management
Co-workers for the most part are professional
Better than average general refresher training

    Cons

Expect to pay more and more for health care every year
you work at Nationwide. Expect management to try to push
you out of the company if they are over staffed or they feel you are
over paid. Expect to be held to the performance level of the top 5%
so rest of the 95% are losers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do not change the rules when your employees point out
you are not following them. Live your cooperate values when
it comes to your own employees. Do not promote production king's that
have no social or interpersonal skills. Be a leader in pay rate. You have
a good cooperate structure just live what you teach.
