    I have been working at Nationwide full-time (more than 3 years)


    At Nationwide, it prides itself on protecting what matters most to the members, however I have the same as true as an employee. Specially, in Marketing, the organization's leadership shares information, encourages training, and promotes work life balance. Working from home when necessary is never a problem. There is a training budget that it's accessible. And the work environment is collaborative and friendly.


    Every position and every company will have its own set of challenges. My experience has been management is willing to help remove barriers when issues are raised. Each year we take an employee engagement survey via a third party. Those results are shared with the leaders anonymously st that they address the issues. I have witnessed sincere change.
