Former Employee - Welder in Catoosa, OK

I worked at Natural Gas Services full-time (more than an year)

The hands there are friendly. The pay is OK at best.

Ridiculous production expectations coupled with an upper management that refuses to pay employees their value. Raises, when and if they occur after a year of employment there, are implemented after extended periods of time(months). Upper management that feels the need to negatively critique attaboys here! Benefits are a joke for a multimillion dollar company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat your people better. Seek to improve the morale of the people who are making the product that is making you money. Improve ventilation for the welders. Implement raises more expeditiously. Reward accomplishment. Don't admonish shortcomings immediately but instead try to understand why they occur. Let your people do their job. Stay out of the shop your presence is unnecessary.
