A great place to start your policy career - good experience for entry level employees

Passionate and highly talented employees who are dedicated to their work and getting the job done; Great camaraderie; Strong benefits package and time-off policies follow industry standards. Monthly meetings highlight department or individual employee accomplishments.

Diminished opportunities to move up; Upper management is not as open to new ideas as one would hope; Some policy issues get more attention then others. Compensation may be industry standard but if you have a lot of experience coming in expect a pay cut. Training could be increased. Opportunities for personal growth can be hindered by which manager you work for.
