I have been working at Nestlé Purina PetCare full-time (more than 8 years)

Company has great benefits and exceptional amount of perks for employees at all levels. Contiuned effort supporting work/life balance and family life. Opportunities for career growth. Focus on training and skill improvements. I continue to recommend job opening to friends. Management promotes, encourages, and responds to feed back from associates for improvement ideas. Continued company growth and expansions makes for job security.

Overall upper management team interacts well with associates and supervisors, but there are some that have a hard time letting go of power and it does cause some conflicts at times.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Encourage all upper level management when promoting problem solving and feed back for the bottom up to use the input and not just say Ok I understand what you are saying, but we are going to do it my way.
