I have been working at Nestlé Waters North America full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

    Strong culture - strong values
Focus on employee wellness and safety
Fast paced consumer goods environment - products that you can be proud of

    Cons

Company tries to work lean, but not enough resources to get all of the work done.
More and more influence coming from European headquarters and other Nestle companies in the US
Losing it's small company feel and entrepeneurial spirit.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't lose yourself and what makes the company great
Focus on cross-functional alignment, not silos

    Recommends
    Positive Outlook
