    Hero-culture and silo-ed organization
    Very much a "what have you done for me lately" culture
    Ivory-tower mentality in Corp
    No Careerpaths, no career growth
    Hires new management mostly from outside
    Weakness throughout management chain
    Communication falters and breaks down from middle management to the front-line worker

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Better align business direction and goals with compensation policies
    Link the tactical work to the strategic goals - There seems to be a loosey-goosey approach to this linkage the further down the management chain to the point where there is a lack of communication to the front-line worker and a limited linkage to the direction they are given to the achieving of strategic goals.
    Think through the strategic and tactical role of professional services and structure business expectations accordingly
