Former Employee - Recruitment Manager in Milton Keynes, England (UK)

I worked at Network Rail full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Good benefits
Great colleagues, who put up with a lot.
Most of the staff give their life to ensuring the railway is as safe as it possibly can be

    Cons

    Poor pay for central functions
Lack of development for anyone not in a role directly involved in "running the railway"
    Constant re-organisations

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay more attention to the staff surveys
    Pay more

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
