I have been working at New Balance part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

I really enjoy the people I work with. I love that the company is very down to earth. Corporate isn't like every other company. They recognize their employees, sending us hand written cards. Very family oriented. They give amazing benefits for part timers. A GREAT and caring company to work for. And they are an America made company! MERICA!

    Cons

The challenges I have with the company, is that there is no room for growth. If so, it's very slow going. Career development could use some work. This company also doesn't advertise nearly as much as they should. When it comes to suggestions around the store, management could do a better job at listening to associates.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

They only suggestions I would give would be to NOT introduce a new system until ALL the bugs have been fixed and to NOT introduce it right before the holiday season. I would also advise management to listen better and to help employees find room for growth within the company.
