Company provides an average paycheck and meager benefits for employees and their families. Also, free coffee.

Company relies heavily on temp agencies and has adopted a "crunch all you want, we'll get more" philosophy in regards to employees. There is a complete disregard/disrespect for employees' input regarding warehouse operations on the senior management level which affects morale. Uneven warehouse management decisions that appear to be based on favoritism. Company believes that workplace injuries and illnesses are the employee's fault 100% of the time. There is no sick time. Benefits package is severely lacking and pay raises are rare, if not nonexistent.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Invest in your employees. Really listen to their concerns and suggestions and act accordingly. If you do, you'll get better, more productive workers in the long run.
