    I worked at New Corp full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Great benefits, great compensation, fun work environment. There was always room to grow within the company which was something I really liked. They offered many opportunities to excel in your career there.

    Cons

    I wasn't big on their schedule options, i.e. you had to pick certain days and times to work and there were not many options. Also, they were not very flexible when it came to scheduling either.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Offer more schedule options and be a little more flexible with those hours.
