Working from home, thats it!
This has to be one of the absolute worst companies to work for. You are fired if you dare to question anything, take any time off for personal reasons, etc. Employees are treated like slave labor, disrespected. They sent us a packet of seeds that were literal weeds for our bonus. You will never get a yearly bonus here, not once have they paid it out although they pretend they're going to. They lie to you, work you without breaks and lunches when they need to reach service levels. You will never be promoted in this company. All of the work from home Sups are right, play facebook all day and never allow room for advancement.
Advice to Management
FIRE ALL OF THE LAZY MANAGEMENT- Horrible management, horrendous!
