    I have been working at New Signature full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    -Great work-life balance, and amazing people to work with
    -As many paid Microsoft exams as you can take
    -Did I mention the people are great to work with?
    -Flexible work hours and two work from home days a month
    -Company really exemplifies it's values

    Cons

    -Leadership wants you for the long term, saying you'll go further faster, but not giving specifics or really exemplifying this fact
    -Very strict PTO
    -Flexible hours are still rather strict, meant to encourage collaboration (even though a huge portion of the company is remote
    -Unclear organizational structure and career advancement opportunities
    -Still in an organic growth phase where operations roles are not always clear

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Give clear goals for the staff. Everyone is working hard for some nebulous goal which at this time just seems to be 'More Microsoft'. Give a reason for mid-senior staff to sick around rather than 'you'll go further faster'.
