Current Employee - Senior IT Developer in White Plains, NY

I have been working at New York Power Authority as a contractor (more than an year)

    Pros

Solid IT managers provided a good environment for developers and projects. I enjoyed my experience there a great deal.

    Cons

Being a large utility, NYPA could not be as nimble as the private sector.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

No advice. I have not worked there in more than 15 years, so any advise based on prior experience would likely not be relevant.
