Great place to get your feet wet, if you try and push them hard enough they will eventually help you step into management. There is a lot of sales experience here for people who are looking for a solid place to get a great background.

Mgmt is a click, if you do not fit in you will not survive. In order to survive you have to manage the way that they do. There is often a lack of trust and integrity from the employees as well as from the customers. No one is listening to them and this is not the way to run a business.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to your people and support them. Listen to your customers and help implement changes that will make a difference for them.
    Popularity is not important.
