I worked at NexGen Data Systems full-time (Less than a year)
Well lets they were very nice and generous when I took the offer which contained a relocation and signing bonus. Basically, at first promised you the opportunity of a lifetime like building a services division from scratch.
Everything is very rigid with the program manager and the DC lead who both have personality issues in my opinion. The fact is that they have a click and several other employees state that its divisive. Termination process was unprofessional and disrespectful. HR director and FSO are part timers so this is not their only gig so apparently a text email is appropriate termination. No training without an agreement to pay them back if your not there for two years.
Advice to Management
Get your act together since your likely going to lose more people. Just get the fact that your PM and your DC lead are causing much issues with the team. Government folks are getting upset with your performance and clearly do not care about the rigid performance. Your a minority special needs company who wins non competes so relax.
