I worked at Nexant full-time for more than a year

Work here if you want to gain a lot of experience in USAID/MCC/USTR contract compliance, project and program management, and new business development. Pay is higher for fresh graduates than say Chemonics, DAI, or Creative. Employees will be able to tackle new challenges constantly and can focus on target countries, themes, and regions with management's support.

There is no training for new employees and often left asking basic questions of people that are pretty busy. The learning curve is steep but allows for increased responsibility quickly. Compensation is determined annually so a lot of hard work up front needs to sustain to get a pay increase. Unclear promotion and bonus structure.
