I have been working at Next Jump full-time (More than 5 years)

People- best thing about Nextjump is working besides amazing, humble people who truly care for you and your success Growth opportunity- it's a great place to start right after college as you would be put into leadership roles without any age or experience barrier. At every stage you are trained to think like a ceo and given great responsibility. Imagine working in a brand new startup which is already profitable. You get the chance to form your own path and even given chance to make decisions for the company. Care- being in nxj is like being part of a big family, lots of people genuinely care about you, and always are there to help you or even your family. Compensation- salary is above market and very well compensated for the job and responsibility you are given Perks- some of the best perks available, gym access, healthy food, spin classes, laundry, ping pong and many more

Growth and development are not easy, and especially when given responsibility it takes a lot of effort and constant practice to get to next level. So, if you expect to get it easy, may not be the right place for you. It's a very open feedback culture and sometimes hearing critical feedback is tough. It is not a normal 9-5 job, and you are constantly pushed to do more than you would expect yourself to do.

    Advice to Management

Given the profitability of the company, be patient and give more time to progress on some new technological innovations.
