Flexible work environment. Little after hours work. Town halls. Events.
Lack of team work. some IT managers micro manage. Poor software design. Laid back attitude on Software Deficiencies which are found during development.
Advice to Management
Don't just promote people based on the number of years in the company. Promote based on the value they have provided to the organization. Create a better review system. Have project based review system instead of yearly. Hold people accountable for poor software design.
