    I have been working at NextGen full-time

    Pros

    Fellow coworkers are great. Work from home option.

    Cons

    No work life balance. Company does not value their employees. Training has to be done at night on your own time. All of the employees in support have a stress level that is through the roof. It takes a long time to learn the application and the company does nothing to try and get their employees to stay. There is constant turnaround.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Stop giving surveys to your employees when you don't value their input and do nothing to improve the work load.
