    Workplace environment, Friendly co-workers, Cheap Meals, Paid on a weekly basis, Work with families on vacation

    Cons

    Employment at will, The points systems which you have to monitor yourself, low pay (especially if you have little experience working for hotels and employee favoritism and nepotism,

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Hold housekeepers responsible for carts and cleaning supplies at end of shift, Inform employees that absences over hospitalization periods (even if documented) count as point deductions and eventually job termination.
