I would say there are many PROS with this company. I started at this company when we were a bit smaller and got the opportunity to develop on a growing team, contracts. My manager was new to our desk at that time. The culture is a huge for the driving success of this company and so is the training. I received plenty of hands on training and even training on the floor with managers/team leads listening to my calls to help me improve. I would say the pay and incentives is another huge pro! I got the chance to travel all over the world with this company to places such as Montreal, London, New Castle etc... Another pro would be the unlimited opportunity within the company to grow as they are always looking at new markets due to their impressive growth over the past few years. Lastly, the biggest pro for me was the potential earnings which you can make over the 100k mark within your first year. Overall, the company does put a lot of time and effort into you but you need to invest that same amount of time and effort into the company to see the results.
I would say a few of the cons on here seem to be like a broken record over and over again. The work-life balance is non existent sometimes, but to be honest we are in New York City isn't that already a city known for a low work-life balance. "No one ever got rich working a 9-5." Another con, which ties into one of the pros above, is with the rapid growth that this company is experiencing, many of the new individuals starting at this company will get less attention to develop at the start, so make sure you can think on your feet as the environment is very fast paced. Overall, not many negative things to say about these guys.
Advice to Management
Transparency would be something to have more of, especially with your leadership. I would also say that you get back to treating people like people and being direct with them instead of trying to dangle a carrot in front of them when they are coming to you with real issues. Other than that, keep up the good works guys because no matter what anyone on here says the numbers do not lie and Nigel Frank is an impressive company that keeps growing exponentially year after year.
