    I worked at Ninyo & Moore full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    Flexible Schedule.
    Flexible Vacation Schedules
    Easy Access to the President of the Company
    IT Dept San Diego & Phoenix = Work etiquette is impressive, competent, very polite, call them on odd hours, responsive, especially the one in San Diego office, intellectually gifted, QA of work is impeccable.

    Cons

    Poor Management every office
    HR - very unprofessional
    Very political environment
    High employee turnover rate
    Salary is a joke
    Low Morale
    Competent employees - they bury with more work, while lazy employees, they tend to keep.
    Bonuses is a joke
    IT Irvine, unresponsive, lazy, always out, late, and unorganized
    Admin Las Vegas Dept = tells everyone business - confidential info, such as salaries and computer info.
    Acctg Dept, lazy and gossip each other salaries to everyone who would listen.
    Negative Environment

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Acctg Dept. = lazy, late all the time for work.

    Mktg Dept. = old templates, designs from the 80's. Resumes and Proposal format needs a revamp.

    HR Dept = is a joke - no confidentiality - Human resource representatives would tell one employee every one salaries or who get a salary increase. Everyone knows everyone's business.

    There are two sets of policies - One is for Principals and another for everyone else.
