    I worked at Nippon Express USA full-time (more than an year)


    Colleagues were great and hours were flexible.


    Work can be very hectic at night. Must be able to speak Japanese in order to become manager. Accountability was non-existent. Majority of the customers were Japanese, thus, communication was difficult at times.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Need to americanize company. Hire managers locally, instead of bringing in managers from Japan.
