I worked at Nmsi full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

The snack room had some good snacks.

    Cons

There is no communication among team leaders, and employees. There was no training provided for the position
and they had a lot of negativity in the air due to loss of funding and several employees being laid off.
Very secretive and made me think there was a lot of unethical behavior happening with regards to funding.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get a Better Management Team. Learn how to communicate and to develop a better training program ,where real training is provided and there is a clear understanding of expectations. Do something to boost morale, the office always felt like you were walking into a temple of doom and gloom. Their teacher workshops were a joke and not beneficial to teachers.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
