I worked at Noble Energy (More than 5 years)

There are a number of good people and I have kept in touch with a number of my former co-workers. The benefits package is pretty good as far as vacation, bonuses, etc.

The company is too process driven and there are not enough opportunities for people to branch out and grow their skill sets. There have been some attempts to give employees more responsibility but they have been baby steps compared to what peer companies expect of their staff.
