    Nice, new facilities; they have the intent to head in the right direction but execution is another thing.


    No central project controls team. They've talked about, but thats it. If you're a contractor, you're expendable. Unfortunately, employee managers protect Noble too much and will only give contractors a moment's notice when their contract comes to an end.

    Advice to Management

    Action. Execute. For the employee managers, treat your contractors like employees and don't try to be standoffish.
