    Friendly coworkers and managers. The company did try hard to make you feel like family. Somewhat flexible work environment, i.e. work from home if bad weather or if you are sick. Discount on merchandise.


    Management is completely disorganized, constant change of managers and job titles happen overnight and with no warning. Objectives were vague and the ability to Managers and Sr. Managers had favorite employees and gave very little credit to other members of the team no matter who did a majority of the work or who had original ideas. It took a very long time for managers to get back to you if you were not a favorite - I would sometimes not hear from my manager for weeks despite resending emails and going to his office, he was always 'busy with something'. You would then receive a poor review for failing to communicate. The data was never quite right and it was very hard to find someone in IT who could help you sort through it. There are way too many meetings which had little or no value to what anyone was working on. Long hours are expected and those who logged in on the weekends were given brownie points.

    Give employees clear objectives and structured feedback.
