Great overall company, bad store-level management.

I have been working at Nordstrom Rack part-time for more than a year

Nordstrom offers many benefits to part-time employees that aren't usually offered. There are opportunities to move up and make a career within the company. The fast passed environment makes time fly and coworkers become friends. Managers can be flexible with other job or school scheduling.

Store-level management is full of favorites and unprofessional people. This varies from store to store. High expectations: clean department, ring on mobile POS, and open accounts.
