    Pros

There are small pockets of great people and great leaders - unfortunately they are now the exception and not the rule.

    Cons

Change is inevitable. Change is not however an excuse for poor management, shady behavior, below market compensation and complete disregard for the values you were founded on. Leaders who lived the founding values have been systematically removed or have seen themselves out. There are few leaders left that I would want emulate and learn from. If you are considering joining this firm do your homework and understand what you are getting into. Promotions are slow, compensation is below market (and far below industry) and promises never seem to come to fruition. Working WITH our clients to provide value has given way to what can we SELL our client next.

    Advice to Management

If you have no intention of honoring the values you give lip service to - change them.
