    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Check out our third party administrator rules and developement. Northern is global and is attempting to go global on their hiring and development phases of operations internally. I believe the theory of salary transparancy would be a helpful asset to continuing the developement of fairness and job equity compared to pay. The problem of "Granfathered" senior employees of being repositioned should be addressed per local government rules and regulations.
