    Amazing opportunity to give back and really make a difference. You will work everyday knowing you've impacted a family or individual.


    Corporate team and upper management are completely disconnected from the different programs. Employees outside of the Oakton office (sometimes within Oakton) are ignored and not valued. Leadership is NOT diverse. Respect is only shown towards managers and not the actual worker bees...this is felt amongst MANY.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Act on feedback given! Hire and promote based on skill set, not personal attributes. Break up the "clique"
