    Pros

Decent work / life balance Individual contributors / Subject Matter Experts can lead - easy to set yourself apart Pay was reasonable and career growth, while limited, did increase year to year.

    Cons

Very very process oriented company. Decisions on work / contracts left to the discretion of upper management / government - obviously. With so many government contracts - work can come and go quickly, must be able to sustain the stress of job insecurity for months at a time, until contracts are finalized. Limited opportunities in the Northeast, must move for any other interesting work.

    Advice to Management

    None
