    I worked at Northrop Grumman

    Pros

It is a great place if you want to only work your 40 hours and do other things with no clear career progression while still moving up the ladder from a job title perspective.

    Cons

Most of the folks are legacy individuals...meaning...there is an inability to move into management if that is the career path you wish to take.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be willing to give employees with drive, ambition, and aptitude some of your responsibilities. This will allow you to spend more time to grow the company while simultaneously growing the employees professionally.
