    Pros

Knowing that what I do can make a difference in the security of this country makes the job worth it. Great company to work for - work/life balance is a nice plus.

    Cons

HR is awful. This department needs an overhaul. Treat your employees like you would want to be treated.

    Advice to Management

Let ALL employees have a chance of rotation within departments. The programs would benefit and the chance for employees to cross train in new areas is beneficial to the employees and the company. Include admins in the rotation process. There are many admins that could teach new program managers about different business areas. This would be a win/win for all.
