    Pros

    - Lots of impactful work. Game changer in terms on the value that you can provide and impact you can make. If you want to work for something more than a paycheck - this is the place to be. - Opportunities for go-getters - but you got have to be aggressive in terms of chasing them. - Good Work-Life balance - Mostly everybody is respectful of it. You have to set your own boundaries. - Get to work on some really cool things and solve world challenges. - Some of the smartest folks you'll get to work with - Overall, a great place to work ... unfortunately, every so often you have to leave for the org to realize your potential and then maybe come back to the org.

    Cons

    - Red Tape.... Meetings about meetings. - More talkers than doers... - Ultra Conservative - Difficult to grow... even if you are recognized top-performer in the company. - Politics... & more politics. - Middle management is too "in-the-box" thought process. - Compensation is not competitive -- as a result, loosing some great minds. Those that are sticking around have too much vested in terms of yrs, pension to look outside, so they are riding it out.
