I worked at Northrop Grumman as an intern

    Pros

The company has many different disciplines and specializations that one can delve into. They also uphold a more positive atmosphere by having extracurricular organizations within the company.

    Cons

Government clearance is a pain, but understandable considering their position. Due to the company being so large, organization tends to fall off, but that is understandable.
