I worked at Northrop Grumman full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Large Corporation, lots of community involvement, great organization memberships

    Cons

Difficult to move from one location to another, must reapply to each new position outside your current program site. Lack uniformity from Corporate locations to offsite programs. Individual programs tend to functions as subsidiaries or separate entities tied back to corporate by loose standards.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make employee transition to new locations an easier process. Do not require that current employees apply to jobs as if they were an outside applicant.
Cut down on the amount of bureaucracy.
