    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at Northwoods Paper Converting full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Set schedule for the 12 hour shifts. Pay isn't the greatest, but shift differential is $1 for nights.

    Cons

Very hot in the summer, supervisors are pretty worthless, and there are too many smoke breaks. Salary ceiling is 17.00. That's all the higher you can go!

    Advice to Management

If you want people to stay start paying a decent enough wage. Was told the paper industry doesn't pay well. My last job was in the industry and it paid very well until they consolidated the other plants.
