    I worked at Novitex full-time (More than 5 years)


    I had 5 co workers, 3 of which were awesome to work with, the other 2 not so much. I had some flexibility to to go to an Dr. appt. or something of that nature with out touch problem. Mostly fair car reimbursement program.


    Could be somewhat hard to get time off when you wanted it. The dispatching system for getting calls lacks very badly, you either sit waiting for calls or two techs show up to the same call. You cannot schedule your own calls, you are not able to really help the client any more unless the client goes thorough the dispatching center, which hold time could be high. And you really don't have control over your own future with pitney bowes. There is a constant threat of your job hanging if you can't perform, but you really don't know where you fit any more the company really hasn't shared there vision to was a good place to be when i first came on five years back but to many changes and CEO's changes that they just don't know who there are anymore.

    Advice to Management

    Some on the Customer Service Managers tried to stand up to upper management but were stopped when they had good ideas, listen to those who have impact with your techs they do now how to make a happy client and a happy tech as well
