Really none apparent at all.
Treats their MLS and QC like garbage, implemented their new "patient safety plan" that forces MLS and QC to focus only on speed and ignore quality since the QA will always find non-errors to knock their pay down, literally cutting people's pay in half for the week if you miss a "the" in "the patient." In the QC meeting when they were telling us about this they literally said the same plan had failed and sent 2 other companies out of business... like... really...
Advice to Management
Try not hiring 3000 offshore workers to replace people who actually care about what they do. Your offshore workers are terrible - anytime I got to QC offshore work there was an average of a 3.0 every other job.
