Fast-paced, challenging, strong senior leadership, good benefit options, sufficient training and educational tools. Communication is encouraged, even when the message is difficult. Personal career growth opportunities are made available to employees.
Don't have any negative comments at this time. The company seems to have a strong, defined direction for growth.
Advice to Management
As a new hire, I participated in the HR introduction meeting during my first week. Because I was so new, I didn't know what questions to ask. It may be nice to have a review of benefits and the perk programs after 3 or 4 weeks. A Q & A session for new hires could possibly be scheduled for the end of each month, and new hires could attend to get more info about programs offered by the company, or ask specific questions.
